We ship every day nationwide, and we strive to process & ship all orders within 3 business days. Most orders are shipped the next working day.

If we expect your order to take longer than 3 business days to ship, we will contact you to explain why and offer an alternative if applicable.

Occasionally it can take longer during busy periods, if the product is pre-ordered or we are caught short with stock.

Please understand we are not couriers ourselves and have no influence whatsoever on delivery times, errors, specific routes have taken etc., by the courier.

While we will do our best to help with a delivery issue, we respectfully ask for your understanding that the couriers are external companies we employ on your behalf to deliver your order.

We don't have any influence over the delivery after its been dispatched to their care. You are more than welcome to use your own courier if our selection is not suitable for you. ♡

For the safety of express mail, J&T Express and GoGo Xpress provide a value-added service, which is a special service for express mail. The value-added fee is 1% of the declared price of the item (according to the invoice of the item) .

Delivery Time

It can vary depending on the courier. Times are typical and not guaranteed, and do not consider season variances such as Christmas when shipping volumes can double.

Disclaimer

We guarantee to ship the products with no issues and aim to package them securely. However, on rare occasions, the courier might mishandle the package. The courier's warehouses can have a warm & humid temperature that might cause products to gain moisture, thus forming moulds. Once we ship the products, we are not responsible for any of the damages caused by the courier.
