EXCHANGES & REFUND
We inspect and pack all our orders with care as we place a high value on customer satisfaction. If we, unfortunately, sent you the wrong or defective items/s, please get in touch with us within 5 days upon receiving them.
To qualify for a refund or an exchange, we require proof of purchase, and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging & unopened.
Our products are 100% NATURAL, making each product unique in size and in colour.
It might differ slightly from the website images; returns or refunds for different sized/colour items are not accepted.
Due to the natural nature of our dehydrated treats, there is a possibility that spoilage of the treats and chews can occur as it does not contain preservatives, especially if the handling & storage instructions are not followed. Once we ship the products, we are not responsible for any of the damages caused by the courier or by poor handling and storage of the products.
